We desire to see healthy gospel-centered churches planted in some of the most unreached places in New England and throughout North America. In order to do this, we partner with the NAMB, BCNE and the NACPF. For information on how to serve our current North American church plant partnerships and upcoming trips, contact Jon Chasteen at
RHC will head to influential NYC August 9 - 13
to partner with Silvanus and Aleno. They moved to the US and planted a Nepalese Church over 2 years ago in Queens. Queens is a place where almost 50% of the population comprises those born outside of the US. We will come alongside this Nepalese Church to serve their needs and the needs of their community. For questions, please email Ellen Schumacher
, RHC Deaconess of Missions.
Please complete your application by June 3rd if you would like to participate. You will hear a decision by June 14.
What will the team do to serve?
Since we are there to serve Silvanus and the community, he will guide the time in NYC. Some possible options may be: kids outreach at parks, sports outreach at a playground, initiative personal evangelism, service projects evangelism, community event like a community outreach dinner, or building intentional relationships with people in the community.
We will also consider activities based on the skills, gifts and experiences that the team members have.
What is the cost?
TBD, but we desire to not let money be the barrier and will help in figuring that out.
