Everyone must respond to the person and work of Jesus Christ. Some embrace him as the Son of God. Others reject him as a liar, lunatic, or reduce him to a great moral teacher. The Gospel of Mark teaches that true disciples embrace the person of Christ, the work of Christ, and the will of Christ.
