We believe Jesus designed his church to be led, not by a few select leaders, but by many people who discover and leverage their God-given gifts to influence others. We are passionate about seeing people reach their leadership potential! That is why our leadership team invests a lot of time and energy to equip the next wave of leaders who will serve in a variety of capacities (Group Leaders, Team Leaders, Ministry Leaders, etc). We have crafted two key processes to help discover, develop, and deploy future leaders.
LEAD exists to equip multiplying disciples for a lifetime of fruitful leadership in the local church. It is a two-year leadership development journey that includes:
- Theological Development: We offer six courses with focused reading and discussion covering a range of topics.
- Intentional Mentorship: Each participant will be paired with a current leader at RHC for regular interaction and encouragement.
- Practical Experience: We equip future leaders to grow in specific leadership competencies through hands on opportunities.
Not only will each LEAD participant grow in their current leadership role, many will go on to serve as future ministry leaders, staff, deacons, pastors, and on church planting teams. If you are interested in joining RHC’s LEAD program, fill out this short interest form as your next step!
We love to add Staff Interns who support the work of our Leadership Team and further the strategic mission of Redemption Hill. Whether you are interested in a summer or long-term experience, we would love to match your ministry gifts with specific needs in our church. In partnership with Generation Link & Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary’s Mentored Ministry program, we have seen six long-term interns (serving at least one year) and over 30 summer interns grow as followers of Christ and leaders in his mission.
