Tanner and his wife, Marsha, have three beautiful girls, Parker, Kesed, & Jordyn. When he is not spending time being outnumbered at home, he enjoys hanging with friends and a good book with a good cup of coffee. Tanner played basketball in college, and is an avid fan of all of our Titletown teams. His greatest desire is to help connect the people of Greater Boston to God’s design for their lives. Tanner holds the M.Div. and Ph.D. in Applied Theology. At Redemption Hill, Tanner takes the primary lead in preaching, vision, and multiplying leaders.
Jon and his wife, Leigh, met their freshmen year in college and have been married since December 2003. They have four precious children: Ava, Emet, Owen, and Zoe. Having played football in college, Jon enjoys watching and playing most sports, especially basketball and football. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hiking, reading, and playing music (guitar, drums, and piano). Jon holds the M.Div. and Ph.D. in Biblical Theology. At Redemption Hill, Jon takes the primary lead in our local and international missions partnerships, as well as executing our discipleship strategy.
John and Teresa Reddy, have been married for more than a quarter century and, as Native New Englanders, have raised Karen, Alex, and Joseph in their hometown of North Reading, MA. John has “pursued God’s order in the midst of life’s chaos” through a wide variety of personal and professional experiences in health care and church life. John holds an A.S. (Respiratory Therapy) from North Shore Community College, an MHA (Hospital Administration) from Simmons College, and an MAR (Religious Studies) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. At RHC, John takes the lead in our small groups ministry and connecting our vision with organizational systems to further the mission.
Michelle and Seth Placke love calling Medford their home. They have been married for 3 years and are excited to welcome their first born son in September 2016. With a BFA in Interior Design from Suffolk University and experience in Nonprofit Administration and Communications, Michelle enjoys bringing style, creative direction and clarity to RHC's written/graphic material and social media platforms. Her "happy place" is quality time with a friend over a cup of coffee or reading a book at the beach in Maine.
Kevin and Lauren Sanders have 5 wonderful children: Hudson, Riley, Piper, Aiden, and Haddon. Kevin received his BA in Christian Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing an MA in Practical Theology from Reformed Baptist Seminary. He enjoys reading, writing, playing guitar, our over coffee, and good movies. Kevin is the Church Planting Apprentice at Redemption Hill. The Sanders family will be planting a church in the neighboring town of Arlington the Fall of 2016.
Henry and Julissa Freire have two children: Abigail and Matthew. Henry serves as a pastoral intern at RHC. He enjoys playing soccer, reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children. Henry graduated with a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in NJ and works in the field of telecommunications. RC SILVANUS BHANDARI
NYC Nepalese Outreach Director
Silvanus was born and raised in one of the most remote villages of Nepal. He converted from Hindu in his late teens and dedicated his life to proclaiming the gospel through word, action and life. Hardships and suffering have helped him to be strong in my faith in Christ and to build confidence in life. He have achieved a successful career in integral missions to address the needs of poor and marginalized people. His wife, Aleno, was born and raised in Nagaland, India. She responded to God's call to go to Nepal as a missionary in 1998. They are blessed to have a son, Ato, who is eagerly preparing to join them in the ministry soon.Silvanus and Aleno, as a couple are coming from another corner of the world, and are very excited to serve God among Nepalis in New York City. They have been serving in NYC since February 2015. Silvanus likes to listen other’s stories over the dinner table and pray with hurting people. He loves to pray for them on the spot and comfort them with the word of God. He loves to invite people at home. He also loves to watch soccer especially during the world cup football (soccer). Silvanus also likes to read manuscripts and do copy editing of an unpublished books (Nepali).
